Hurricane Lala Storm Relief

Chef Hui is mobilizing chefs, cooks, volunteers, and food community supporters for short- and long-term relief across Oʻahu and Hawaiʻi Island following Hurricane Lala.

We're focused on sustained, skilled, community-rooted support — the kind that shows up after the immediate response fades. Right now, we're working closely with community partners and our Oʻahu Feeding Task Force, following their lead, with focus on the Westside, Mililani/Kīpapa, and Lāʻie to Koʻolaupoko.

If you are in need of support, want to cook, or volunteer please fill out the form below.

Chef Hui creates vital connections between people, food, farmers, and well-being. We strengthen communities by building resilient local food networks that nourish bodies and minds, especially when our neighbors need it most. Through these connections, education, and access to culturally rooted nutrition, we're cultivating healthier individuals and more sustainable communities across Hawai'i.
